TQQA Services Private Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) is an FMCG organization engaged in providing a full basket of FMCG and OTC own label consumer products and retail enablement support to independent retailers.

We are committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and commercial interests of our member retailers, business partners, vendors, and platform users in compliance with applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

This Privacy Policy applies to member retailers, prospective retailers, employees of retail partners, vendors, logistics partners, website users, and digital platform users. It covers both personal data and commercially sensitive business information.

Retailer & Franchisee Information:
- Shop name and contact person details
- Shop registration and GST details (if required) 
- Payment settlement information
- Inventory and purchase data
- Marketing participation details

Website & Platform Data:
- IP address
- Device and browser information
- Login credentials
- Cookies and usage data

Customer Data (where applicable):
- Contact details
- Transaction history
- Purchase behavior
- Feedback and grievance information

We collect and process data for retailer onboarding, supply chain management, retail enablement services, marketing coordination, performance analytics, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, service improvement, and protection of alliance stability.

Commercially sensitive data shall not be disclosed to competitors. Data access is restricted on a need-to-know basis. Retailer-specific data will not be disclosed to other retailers without consent.

Any attempt to extract alliance-sensitive information for competitive disruption shall be treated as a breach and may result in legal action.

Data is processed based on consent, contractual necessity, legal compliance, legitimate business interests, and protection of alliance operations.

We may share information with logistics partners, payment processors, technology providers, auditors, and government authorities where legally required.
We do not sell retailer or customer data. Third parties are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Data is retained for the duration of the relationship and as required under Indian law. Certain anonymized data may be retained for analytics and audit purposes.

We implement role-based access controls, secure infrastructure, firewalls, security audits, and employee confidentiality agreements.

Members agree not to misuse alliance data or share proprietary information externally. Violations may result in termination of membership and legal action.

Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion (where permissible), withdraw consent, or file a grievance at customercare@tqqa.in

Our platforms may use cookies to enhance user experience, analyze traffic, and maintain security. Users may disable cookies via browser settings.

We do not store our data outside India, appropriate safeguards and contractual protections are taken to protect our data.
