1. Introduction
This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the supply, dispatch, transportation, and delivery of products supplied by TQQA Services Pvt Ltd to independent retailers, authorized distributors, alliance network partners, and institutional buyers where applicable.

This Policy ensures transparent logistics operations, supply chain discipline, and protection of the alliance ecosystem.
2. Scope of Supply
The Company supplies private label FMCG products, promotional materials (POSM, standees, danglers), marketing collaterals, retail enablement materials, and technology-enabled retail kits where applicable.

Shipping terms apply only to authorized members and registered business entities.
3. Order Processing
Orders may be placed via official ordering platforms, authorized sales representatives, ERP systems, or pre-approved communication channels.

An order is confirmed only after system acknowledgement and payment confirmation. In case of a new product launch retailers may get initial supply on 7 days credit, subsequently all orders will be placed along with payment. 

The Company reserves the right to modify or reject orders due to stock unavailability, credit limit breaches, compliance concerns, or suspicious activity affecting alliance integrity.
4. Dispatch Timelines
Tier 1 City locations: 2–7 business days 
Tier 2, Tier 3 locations: 2–7 business days 
Remote areas: 5–14 business days 

Timelines may vary due to seasonal demand, force majeure events, transport disruptions, or regulatory restrictions.
5. Delivery Model
Deliveries may be executed through company-operated distribution centers, third-party logistics partners, third party run micro DCs, or direct dispatch from manufacturing units.

Risk in goods transfers upon delivery at store premises and signed Proof of Delivery (POD). Retailers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.
6. Shipping Charges
Company will bear the cost of delivery for all retailers supplied directly. For all other locations logistics and shipping charges may depend upon order value, distance, promotional schemes and agreed membership terms.

Free shipping may also apply above specified minimum order quantities as per commercial agreement.
7. Damaged / Short / Incorrect Shipments
Retailers must report shortages or damaged goods at the time of receipt of material.

The Company may replace goods, issue credit notes, or investigate claims in case of customer feedback/ complaint. Any fraudulent claims from retailer may result in suspension / removal from the support network.
8. Returns Policy (For Retailers)
Eligible returns include incorrect items supplied, or verified quality defects.

Slow-moving inventory, unsold promotional stock, or expired products are not eligible for returns unless covered under specific schemes and agreed separately in writing.
9. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, transport shutdowns, government restrictions, pandemics, incidents at manufacturer’s factory or events beyond reasonable control.
10. Supply Chain Protection Clause
Retailer will get the goods only to be sold to individual customers. Retailer shall not divert the goods to any other business or entity for reselling. Unauthorized resale to other retailers, modern trade or e-commerce entities is totally restricted and will amount to severely punishing action including suspension of supplies, termination of membership, and legal action.
11. Territory Restrictions
Any selling of material outside designated zones may require prior written approval.
12. Delivery Refusal
If delivery is refused without valid reason, freight charges or restocking fees may apply, and future dispatches may be placed on hold.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any shipping disputes shall be reviewed internally first and resolved as per membership agreement terms, subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
14. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Revised versions shall be binding upon publication or formal communication.
